I did not receive the coupler to attach to a pole so the baffle had something to rest upon. The company did not respond to my first four requests for help. Finally they told me to send it back because they had no parts. Because of the hassle that would entail (I'm disabled), I just quit.

Nothing wrong with this item, it does keep the squirrels from climbing up the pole now the stinkers are jumping from the fence. Need to move the feeders away from the fence. This item should keep them at bay then.
