  • Excellent Book!!! VERY well written!!!

I'm am not a reader. I've never liked to read but I actually loved reading this book. It's very easy to read an understand. Allot of great information about nutrition and health. It's not an exercise book or a diet book. It explains how your body works and what foods you need to eat to get the most out of your body, to feel your best. If you take care of your body it will take care of you. I love Cameron Diaz. She really inspired me to eat better and take care of my body. Thank you for writing this book and sharing your knowledge with the world. Now I recommend you write an exercise book.

  • Actually a great book with amazing info!

I've been a student of health and nutrition since I was a kid. Have done everything I can to learn and live in a way of utmost health. I was intrigued by the title -the law of hunger- hunger is such an important part of our lives and we must allow our bodies to get hungry. I thought if CD knows about this what else might she write about... I love her candor, her voice and how she goes deep but makes it easy to understand for people who might just be getting started in the direction of radical, great health. It's incredibly solid and even inspiring.

I love how cameron Diaz not only covers health and nutrition but also addresses the heath and beauty fads out there and the health risks from them. You definitely look at your body differently after reading this book.
