Glutathione is Key
Glutathione is used up as we work and play. As you get much older the amount and requirements for glutathione are increased. After you work hard and you feel exhausted it is because you have used too much of your glutatione stores - actually not much is stored in the body so it is easy to start to run out and as you do you feel bad. Oral intake of acetyl glutathione helps the body have enough glutathione. I use it every day as i really work hard and i need it to start my day and recover after work. So I take it first thing in the AM and one at noon. It goes to work quickly, in minutes. It is good against toxic stress too. that is stress by toxins. Doctors and surgeons should use it for patients as it has protective properties against the toxicity of anasthetics and drugs. I find these tablets easy to swalow and much better than capsules. These prices are good but i wish it were even cheaper. It can be used as a preventitive or it can be used as a rescue supplement, This is one of the supplements that I can tell it is doing something good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
