Yank My Doodle. Apply one thin coat of OPI Base Gel and seal the edge of the nail. Led Lamp cure for 10 secs. Or UV lamp cure for 1 minute. The Top coat will remain tacky/sticky, but this is normal of any soak off gel polish.
