Works great
It is a T 5 shift lug. There are 2. Ford and Chevy ; long and short. I put this short chevy lug in a ford transmission; cut the long shifter box and shortened it to use an S10 shifter. S10 shifter has a raised pivot compared to mustang shifter. After shortening the long s10 lever to mustang length ; i ended up with 3.5” of shifter travel instead of mustangs 5”.
