    Iodoral

    I have used this product for over 4 years. I have a thyroid issue which an average of 25 mg daily keeps my voice from being scratchy. It also stops and prevents the dry hacking cough that come with the iodine deficency. I have noticed i get better results when I take from 7 - 9am and again 6 to 8 pm. I keep it with me so when i notice the dry hacking cough around noon to 3:00 pm, I know I need a boost and the cough usually ceases within 15 minutes.
