It does hold your arms to make a single ONE PIECE take away, however it pinches your shoulders together. The item is a "one-size-fits-all" type of product, so regardless of your upper body size the item mostly is to small or to big. If different sizes were offered this would be an excellent training prop. That is my reason for NOT recommending this to all.
If you happen to have smaller upper arms this product is not for you as it tends to slide out of place when you are making your practice backswing. Probably would be better with adjustable loops. You can determine proper arm position without swinging but then you only get partial benefit.
So I’ve golfed for years but always seem to have a few mechanical issues with the swing. Have tried a lot of training aids and some have helped. This training aid has been the most helpful for me. Keeping the triangle with the arms has made a large impact on my stricking and ball flight. Has also helped me be more consistent. Nothing is magic but to feel the way the arms are supposed to be compared to how I was swinging is huge. Best money I’ve spent so far on golf.
