Great way to get fit
It's challenging but not crazy like P90X. Really get a good workout. The 25 minutes passes relatively quickly. Lots of different exercises. The only breaks between exercises are to stretch. I feel much better after about 6 weeks, although I am still not strong enough to do the various push-up routines in the Total Body Circuit program. Fortunately I can follow Tanya who does an easier version of the exercises. Eventually I'll be able to do it.

Great quality discs. I was worried they would come scratched or damaged in some way but they're perfect! I was definitely excited to find these so cheap! Id bought brand new, they were upwards of $70, which I did not want to pay.
