This pump is awesome. Here is my use for it. My Winnebago motor home with the 8.1 ltr Gm Workhorse engine under heavy load, pulling my Jeep will loose vacuum, so my dash AC face vents turn off, air starts blowing thru the defrost vents. At a whim i decided to try using this vac pump, i inserted it in the vacuum line to the vac reservoir. I plugged the vac line to the engine. Outcome is this pump runs all my vacuum switches, including the cruise control. Good at all speeds and loads. So i am a very happy, cool, camper.I believe the life expectancy is 500 hrs, I will have a spare.
