It’s a great product to take. Taking it for a month and I am still taking it for a 2nd month. It helped with ovulation and my cycles so far. It’s tasteless and you just take it with water. It really is helping my cycles & not spotting and ending them on time. I had heavy periods & this has helped them be normal & not so heavy. I really do like this product.
