Nutone replacement timer-switch
Mechanical replacement switch with a built-in mechanical countdown timer. This switch is a replacement, but not and exact replacement. I needed a drill to open the knob stem clearance hole and a blocking method to stop the potential rotating of the the entire mechanism when using the switch (the old switch was held in place by two screws. in use, everything seems to work.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A few annoyances
This was not an identical replacement. Close though. There is no stabilizer pin, so the whole unit can spin when the timer knob is turned (I taped it in place). The male knob connector on the unit is smaller than the original knob from Nutone. (again a small piece of tap on the connector allowed the knob to go on tightly. Lastly the time keeps ticking for 2 minutes after the unit shuts off. I don't know what other options are out there, so I'm not sure I had an alternative. The negatives were annoying, but in the end IT WORKS!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nutone iron center
I was a bit skeptical when I got this, about 1/3 smaller than the original black plastic Marktime timer that was there and died! I called Marktime directly before ordering this one, this is the replacement as the other is no longer made! The thin metal tabs on both sides of the switch lined up with the holes in cabinet so no need to brace it from spinning and it did line up to the zero mark on cabinet! Only downside was the timer shaft slightly thinner, so the original turn knob was loose, but a layer of electrical tape took care of that!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
