I've used this for years and it is amazing. The little "rubbery balls" are dead skin, if they don't come off it's due to it getting caught in the fine hairs of your face. You might want to purchase a battery operated eyebrow trimmer to remove the fine hairs from your face first. If u dont want to do that, use a bath puff. To scrub off what's left. Would definitely not recommend product. When applied and rubbed on the skin it produces tiny rubbery flecks that simply rinsing with water won't remove.
