Basic Hood for Rental Unit - Great Unit.
Thanks to Broan 423001 keeping prices low I can justify replacement vs refurbishment on rental units. Quality is basic as you would expect but that is a good thing for my purposes. Tenant abuse i.e... lack of cleaning, substantial denting as well as 'custom painting' are a few of the typical reasons for replacement vs fan or light failure. Would buy again. Have bought many of these and will buy many more as I own more than 50 units. The 190 cfm fan has sufficient flow and IMHO is not 'quiet' per se but definitely 'quiet enough'.
