OK with Reservations
This is a functional product but it comes with some reservations. First the instructions are not complete. The wiring instructions DO NOT specify instructions for the different installations. I have a Dodge Dakota and on the packaging that this came in stated that it was for a Chevy, Dodge and others. When the Chrysler Dealer tried to install it they couldn't get the item to operate correctly when they followed the instructions. It wasn't until 4 hours of trying, they decided to call the supplier and found out they had to connect the wiring to another source. That 4 hours cost me $289.00. I went to the dealership because I cannot bend and work on the under side of a vehicle. Not do I say be ware of the instructions for wiring and if you can do the installation yourself it will sane you money. Would I recommend it, Only if you are careful when connecting the wiring. Is it a "good" value? For what you get in the package YES! Is it of "good" quality? Time will tell but for now it does provide an added security for the truck bed with the cap on.

Good product. Difficult installation
Installed in a 2005 Dakota. Very difficult installation. For A techs only. I downloaded wiring diagram from internet. Arthroscopic surgery to install in small hatch opening. Included instructions poor. Good quality and works very well
