Excellent tool
This tool is just excellent. it's not so perfect and easy to use as $400+ tools specially designed for particular kind of pin, but as universal crimper it's just perfect. Much much better than ultra cheap China tools. Requires two crimps (one to crimp wire and second for isolation). Better then the cheap crimpers
It works, but do not expect the same quality of a crimp as you get with a genuine MOLEX crimper (which retails for over 3x the price of this), but which you only have to squeeze once. You have to crimp twice, once for the crimp and then move the crimped terminal/wire to another position to crimp the terminal wrap around the wire. I also found that the second crimp offsets (bends) down the terminal from the first crimp. Also, you have to "eyeball" how far you insert the stripped wire into the terminal before you crimp it, something a genuine MOLEX crimper takes care of for you (it has a stop).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
