High Quality Cable.
This is good cable. This 300V cable is not quite as rugged as the 600V SOOW cable, but it is a lot easier to work with because of its smaller diameter. I like the fact that the rubber insulation on this cable does not soften when it gets hot (unlike plastic cords). I have found that this cable, combined with good quality (industrial) ends, makes a very good, long lasting extension cord or replacement for a damaged tool cord.
