Good product, Great service
These ladders make working at the top of a step ladder much more comfortable and a lot safer. The platform at the top is wide enough to move on without tipping the ladder. Zorotools was great to work with. There was a small problem with the ladder and it was replaced free of charge including shipping quickly and easily. They are very responsive to your needs and concerns.

Not new condition
The ladder was left on my front porch, when it arrived it did not look new at all. There's a number of scratches on it, I contacted the seller and he blamed the shipper and did not take any responsibility for how it was shipped, or the fact that it was not even wrapped to protect it. If you're going to ship something and sell it is new you should protect it, so it arrives new.
