Works so far with a few modifications!
I am giving it a 3 for now as I am having issues with getting the harness to fit and remain secure with the security strap on my Mercury 4 HP motor. Also, the "bar" at the lift point is rigid and straight, it required "bending" in the center of it to assure the hook remains centered when lifting.

Better than no handle
The quality is good but is it a challenge to keep in place. Not sure how to keep it from slipping and be able to use the handle. There doesn't seem to a way to have a tight fit and a handle you can get your fingers around.
