Like a lot of people, I use 5W30 in my 5.0 Mustang. Ford specs 5W20 in the US just for a minuscule increase in fuel mileage because of the govt CAFE standards. In other markets, Ford specs 5W30 for the exact same car/engine because it provides superior protection. So my car came with an oil cap labeled 5W20. This cap is identical except has 5W30 printed on it. Ford uses this cap on some turbo V6 models. Yeah, I know; most people wouldn't care if the cap matched what oil they use. There were plenty of aftermarket dress-up caps with 5W30 on them, but then the oil cap wouldn't look like the other factory caps on the engine.
