While this book deals with New York racing, it will help you regardless which track you play. Speed figures, trainers, workouts, track biases, etc., are covered in great detail. The concepts of using speed figures, are best applied when using The Sheets, and Thorographs, but it will still help if you use Beyer Speed Figures. Although a lot of the examples involved occured many years ago, they still provide a lot of insight. I recommend it highly.

Terrible. Out of all the handicapping books I've read this is the worst, hands down. I've read a minumum of 12 or 15 so please don't waste your money.
