Snow Flap Backer Shield
Recently purchased a 2002 Edge X for my wife. The existing flap was cut off to about 9 inches and needed replacement. Looked at parts diagram for newer Polaris Edge Sleds and saw that they had this additional backer shield to prevent the flap from getting caught in the tract when backing off trailer or while on the trail. It made sense, so I purchased and installed this flap and it looks like it will prevent the outer snow flap from getting chewed up by the studded track.
