Install could have been easier.
I was disappointed that you did not include the mounting brackets with the purchase. I had to deal with torx screws to remove the brackets from my radio and transfer them to the replacement. This add about an hour to the installation. In addition, why didn't you include the chip for the maps? I was able to use the one from my unit which fortunately still had.
