Fits oversized wire! No internal wall to limit current.
Before purchasing, I was a little worried about not being able to fit oversized wire (KnuKoncepts 0 Ga) and current bottlenecking due to a different element being used. Well, after quickly arriving I found that I was able to effortlessly fit the wire in and that there's no internal wall inside the connector. Essentially this means no current bottlenecking because both wires are fully in contact with each other inside of the connector and each side is firmly held in place with the screw. My only concern is, being that this connector is 100% metal, is it positively charged and will it ground out if it accidentally touches the frame of the car? I'm awaiting a new 300amp fuse before I'm able to charge the system to find out. I recommend placing it into a non conductive housing, covering it with electrical tape, or even "plasti-dipping the exposed sides to get the maximum "cool" factor while still protecting your system.
