    The bolt was corroded and had to soak it...

    The bolt was corroded and had to soak it in oil for 3 days. At least break the bolt loose first before sending it out. That is the reason I had to replace it to begin with. Thankfully, this one did loosen, and I was able to remove it without breaking the bolt.
