I am listing this as new as the perforated cardboard is (mostly) intact. The factory sealed tape is in place. This was bought from an estate and I was informed it had never been opened. The cardboard under the handle is pushed in. I am not a collector, but was informed by one that the cars should be in cardboard backed bubbles. I was able to see one car loose in the box, but only one. Again, this appears unopened, but I am not sure if the previous owner removed one of the cars. So while I have listed this as new, there may be a car missing as I have stated earlier.
