WESTLAKE is the best kept secret in tires
This company has been making tires for decades. The quality is excellent. I have four 255-40/19” They are huge! So wide they almost look like they belong on my Corvette…in the front at least. They are great in the dry, wet, snow, heavy snow, you name the condition, they stick like glue in the corners. And they are half the price of the major big name brands that you are help funding their marketing and advertising campaigns. I recommend this tire to many people and none of them listen to me even though I am known as the Car Guy amongst my friends. They just can’t get past the fact that if they are so good, how come they never heard of them and how come nobody buys them except for me…that they know about. Fine, I don’t want them to go to mainstream because then the secret will be out and the price will go up! I have them on my 2018 Audi A6 and my 2018 3.6R Subaru Outback . They are great on both cars. Never again!
Actually purchased 4 tires...quick ship and great price! But that price comes with a poor ride quality! By trade I am a trained tire tech/installer, I spent 4hrs trying to balance these tires. I took my vehicle to another tire tech with a higher end balancer...same results. Any speed over 60 mph had vibrations! Ended up purchasing and installing a premium brand tire and was a night and day difference...had same issue when I installed set of these tires on my wife's Altima! Good tire great price!
I first bought This brand 2 yrs ago and wasn't sure about buying a "cheap" tire. I needed tires bad and I rack up the miles quick so I figured I'd give them a try and if they were crap I wouldn't have them long anyway. Well this is the 3rd set I've bought in the last 2 yrs and the first 2 sets went about 40,000 miles each which is pretty good for a performance tire. They handle great dry and in rain and they are pretty good in the snow. Only complaint I have about them is they get noisy as they wear.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great tires for a great price
These are awesome tires. I’ve only run them for about 1,000 miles but I’m not disappointed with them and you can’t beat the quality for the price. Some say they are noisy but I don’t think they are but I also have a custom exhaust and a nice stereo system. Very grippy on dry pavement and do very well in the rain also. Just took a trip threw 3 states with it raining almost the whole way home, tires never missed a beat and zero hydroplaning. I recommend these tires if you’re on a budget and need a great reliable tire. I will be buying another set for my other car soon

4 Westlake Tires
This is a great place to shop these tires got here very quick. Don’t let the price fool you these things handle like a million bucks had them mounted and balanced took it up to around 110 mph and not the slightest vibration they ride smooth as glass. I had Michelin tires on it before these and paid about 150.00 per tire these cost me 340.00 bucks and they ride better than the Michelin’s did. I would recommend these to anyone!!
