What a great machine. My mate has had one for 3 years and he sells fire wood, sharpens 20 chains at a time. Has never had an issue. The best sharpener on the market full stop
Have purchased chain sharpener in the past and they were sh.t, so went back to file sharpening. The sharpener arrived promptly and due to being very well packed, undamaged due to transport. Setup was quick and easy following the easy to read instructions. I did note that the ‘turntable’ that you move to adjust the chain angle, felt ‘dry’ so I disassembled it and lubricated the inner circumference with HTB grease applied sparingly. This improved the feel of the movement and helped the preset angle position detents to work better. The test run proved that the motor runs quietly and the grinding wheels indicated minimal runout.
