As good as you've heard about
My shovelhead clutch had every bad symptom that they are suseptable to having. I honestly didn't want to spend the money to get the APM clutch, but I also didn't want to chase gremlins buying different components to fix the original clutch without being successful. Anyway, I got the APM on sale and it installed very easy with great instructions. The results were immediately obvious. No sticky drag at stop lights, no chatter when I'm taking off from a dead stop, and no struggling to find neutral. I run an open belt primary, so I can hear the typical jingle jangle of the clutch doing it's thing, but it isn't any better or worse than the HD clutch noise. Lastly, I wasn't sure who America Prime Manufacturing was, but they are actually ex Rivera employees. Made in the USA
