It's what you would expect for an inexpensive motherboard. Limited overclocking, lots of unintuitive choices in the BIOS. The chipset fan is weak and doesn't appear to have an off setting for when the motherboard is idle. Somebody was lazy in that you could have had one more PCIe slot without too much compromise. If the fan is as weak as it appears, it won't last much longer than the warranty period.
Make sure the firmware up to date, Google key words: ASRock x570 gaming 4s bios or you can update later once everything installed, it supports Ryzen 5 5600x as well.
