Very smooth and creamy Vanilla with tones of alcohol(drink) underneath...
Okay....THIS...is one of the "Vanilla" types that I have been looking for!! This is the same "Vanilla" that is in "P.R. - Ultrared" but without the overbearingly sweet "Praline" note accompanying it. FINALLY...I can get rid of that bottle of "Ultrared" now. This fragrance started out with a very alcoholic opening with sweet citrus hints mixed in. I'm not a fan of "Gin" in real life, but I don't mind the smell of it at all...so this fragrance hits a sweet spot that I've longed for. However, it doesn't stick around for very long...which is acceptable. It starts to dry down to a lightly sweet "citrus-vanilla" that is perfectly balanced. The vanilla isn't too overpowering and the citrus isn't either! This frag is quite light compared to my usual selection of powerful vanilla fragrances. Wait...I take it back...this is starting to project a lot more as it dries down...holy cow! Wow, now THAT is some development!! I can pick up some kind of fruit now? Is that the Juniper Berries? Very VERY nice!! I've never smelled that note before directly...it's very smooth and warm for a berry. Well...it will be a challenge to find out what can layer with this. Definitely something with orange...but which one. I may just layer it with "Molecule-02 Mandarin" and see how it does. Yeah...I'll start with that mix. This is a well-blended and well-balanced "Creamsicle" fragrance that meets all of my expectations so far.
