This phone replaces my LGV30. The S10 has lots of new features and does some things better, but the LGV30 still did some things better than the S10. The S10 takes better pictures and video than the LGV30, which is why I moved to the S10.But the LGV30 took fewer touches to get things done. The LGV30 had bugs in the software, such as not consistently answering the phone. So far the S10 doesn't have any problems like that, which is really nice. I gave the S10 only four stars because the LGV30 thought out some things better, which Samsung could have done.

Actually I prefer my old Samsung Galaxy Chrome J7 to this new Samsung Galaxy S10, but I needed more memory & the price of the S10 was affordable to me. The S10 has a lot of Samsung bloatware, which I shall try to learn how to remove.

Great phone, but I thought the screen size would have been bigger. I'm a elderly person with trouble with my vision, so I have trouble seeing. I had an Alcatel phone for about six years and I love the screen size. I will be looking for something compatible with that screen size.

It has what I need. Text, Call ... and the rest of the Samsung Galaxy features that make life easy.

The Galaxy s10 improves upon the one complaint that I had about the S9. The S9 immediately began developing cracks in the corners with common rugged use and the S10 is still in good condition. It's not slow at all and runs exactly the way that it should. The device that I have is refurbished, GSM or factory unlocked ( I forget which ) and has the ever useful finger print scanner. A+++++++
