Better tap water
I noticed my tap water recently had a brownish tint which may have been the city flushing pipes. I wanted to ensure my tap water is as clean as possible so I ordered this Brita tap filter. Installation was easy- maybe 5 minutes. Operation is simple: turn the dial to “Brita” for filtered water or to faucet for pass-through water. I do wish the knob to switch was made of harder plastic: it feels a bit flimsy, but the rest of the device’s build quality is good. The other downside is that each filter will cost about $10. That’s a bit expensive. You will more than likely need to buy 3-packs which will set you back $30 a box.

its cheap n works at the sink. good enough
its a cheap faucet mount water filter.its my 3rd. the adapters are plastic and have a tendancy to break. if you take the one that fits yours to a plumbing fixture shop you can replace that fitting with metal. the filter has improved my public water taste. several municipalites that have ductile iron pipe are adding more lime to the water to calcify the inside of the iron to reduce electrolosis and pipe break age, its a pain to every household calsifying cartridge fuacets and water heaters. 5oyrs and counting in the plumbing feildVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
