Great taste
These gummies taste so good, you want to eat the whole bottle. They have helped my digestion a lot. I used to have gas, but it has disappeared, so I no longer take pills for that. I used to take Gas Relief pills. I also have IBS, and these gummies helped me with all the symptoms. I take two after breakfast, and two after lunch.

I recently took augmentin for an upper respiratory infection. Normally, when I have had augmentin in the past, I get a bad diarrhea and GI problems because it knocks out all the "good" bacteria along with the bad ones. Not this time! I took the Schiff probiotic gummies and I had no problem with diarrhea and no GI issues at all! Love them! So does my husband and he says he usually has conatipation but not having constipation since he's been on these probiotics. I'm not sure how that works, but whatever. He's happy!
