You won't want any other edging after using Ecoborder
I have used this product for over 5 years and love it. Where other border products break down or the mower shreds them over time, the Ecoborder edging takes everything my poor mower skills and my landscaper throws at it. I noted the new product when placed next to the old was brighter but that can be attributed to a different product run or even the buildup of minerals/dirt over the years of the old border. This is a great way to pattern/curve the edging as the Ecoborder is flexible and the curves are smooth and natural. It is also a good height to allow for mulch to sit behind it and the horizontal portion of the border allows for mower wheels to edge right up to the elevated border and keeps weeds/grass away. Did I mention durability? The product placed over 5 years ago is just as flexible as the product I just purchased. My landscaper pulled up the old Ecoborder and redesigned a new yard pattern for the mulch and didn't have a single issue. Working with the older product didn't differ from placing the new.
