I cannot wait to get this awesome steam locomotive!!! I have personally been looking for this lionel steam Engine, because it is rare for being the only Mid Sized post war Lionel steam locomotive that has the two front wheels, six drive wheels, and the FOUR!!!! YES!!! 4 wheels!!! Not the regular boring 2 wheel truck, and on top of that!! It is magna traction!!! Which makes it rare!!!!

a very well made product
this engine follows a series begun before the war in which lionel began to move away from tin plate and into a more realistic look. this 'prairie' class was widely used in american railroads where the terrain was mostly flat. this model represents the high level of machining still found in american products overall.
