Nice heat
I have used these and liked them very much. They keep heat on the area for a good amount of time. Can be a little tricky trying to put them on yourself especially in the back area. An MRI of my right knee revealed a small fracture of the kneecap. I live in a tri-level home, which means a lot of walking on stairs several times each day.
