KLR drain bolt fix
I purchased the low profile drain bolt to replace the stock one that hung down below my skid plate. When I pulled out the old drain plug I found that I had hit a rock with my skid plate and it mashed the top of the drain bolt in. I was lucky and didn't break my engine case. The new bolt fits up inside my skid plate out of harms way and I have no more worries. I consider this a must have for anyone riding off road on his KLR.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great value, but is brittle
Be careful of over-torqueing this product. You cannot go factory spec, as that is for the factory bolt. I use 14 foot-pounds as recommended by others on the klr forums. No leaks, works great. If you over torque however, it will shatter.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
