Nice big pan that requires seasoning. I took the time and effort to season it twice before using and it really performs well and I believe it will get better with use as long as its cared for properly. Follow the instructions that come with it and you will see what I mean. Be sure to remove the protective coating first (do it outside if possible). Don't waste your money on all the so called non-stick skillets out there because that "crap" comes off in your food. Stick with carbon steel like this but don't let rust.
