Good for pool laps
This cap isn't for keeping your hair dry, nor for covering your ears,...but it is great for keeping hair out of face, lightweight, easy to put on and take off. It also cuts back on water resistance. I have almost shoulder length hair, and I first tie it back with an elastic. The cap holds on well, and is comfortable, Goggles can be easily put on over it.
