The best leaf chute on the market
This leaf chute works like a charm! I used one for 6 years here's what I like about it: - It takes very little room when folded and stored for the next season - It props up the paper bag and keeps it fully open so you can fill it at ease - I usually start with laying the bag horizontally and shoveling leaves in over the ramp that the chute makes - When the bag is more than half full, I prop it upright and then use a pair of leaf scoops to scoop leaves into it - the chute is also good for holding the bag when you stuff leaves down for density - Finally, the chute has circular openings toward the top on both sides, so you can carry the bag by those holds in the chute, when the bag gets heavy, so you don't rip the paper bag The only downside is that it's made of plastic, so it ripped on one side after 6 years of use. Don't clean up your yard without it!
I would give it 10 stars if they were available! With the help of this little baby and no one else I was able to completely fill 3 large lawn & leaf bags in less than an hour (my piles were scattered all over the yard). It's a great product and well worth the money paid. If there was a more sturdy (but still lightweight) option, I would pay 4x what I did. Terrific product. All one has to do is get edges of holder inside of a grass/leaf bag and shake bag. The holder fits in place very easily. The chute makes it easy to dump leafs and grass into the bag. I formerly had a cardboard holder sold by a local hardware store and it was tearing apart. I was purchasing one cardboard holder a year.
