Good tasting saves waste!
I was very happy to find the Amore' Tomato Paste in the tube, and at a decent price after losing my previous resource for this. It has a good flavor and is a very convenient way of using it. There are so many recipes that call for only 1 or 2 tablespoonsful of tomato paste. Using the smallest size can wastes the majority of the can. I've tried freezing it in measured portions but it seems to dry out and doesn't work that well in recipes. This does! It keeps a fresh flavor, doesn't dry out and works great without the waste!
