Not made in Finland as they used to be. Quality and blade hardness is acceptable. The edge is coarse grind and was polished so it needed touching up. I didn't like the sheath for home use but that's ok. A good value for the low price. handle feels hollow so maybe it floats. Blade has a nice thickness and taper, takes a very sharp edge. Balance feels nice too. Blade is stiff but does have a little flex.

Sharp and just the right size for filleting Crappie! Only thing is, I wish it had a scabbard! Good price though!
