Changed production at some point- Sidewall is terrible.
"light weight" = poor quality when you are talking about cruiser tires. This "new" Kenda Flame tire is remarkably poor quality. The sidewall is terribly thin and flimsy. The Tire it is replacing (also a Kenda Flame purchased years ago) was of good quality. This one is cheap and overpriced. I regret purchasing this. I wish there was some way to know they had changed the manufacture before I spent so much money on this. I rode less than a mile with a brake show barely touching the sidewall (not enough to feel or hear while pedaling) and it wore through to the cords. This should not have happened.
