I'm 6' 230 and it seems to be a little shy of being comfortable. I have a 36 waist and the Velcro only connects about 3 inches, other than that it's seems good quality and was new in the box.

Fits a 28"-32" waist Fine...But ONE SIZE...NO!
I have a 34 inch waist and it seemed to fit fine until I used it at work where it kept popping apart when I'd pick up something heavy. I tried it on my wife and the vertical stays dug into her ribs. This would be great for a 28"-32" waist but to say ONE SIZE is a lie.
