After trying many other cases I can say without reservation that there really is no substitute. Buy it once, buy it for life.
Unconditional lifetime warranty on any damage. The only drawback is the weight but there has to be a trade off to obtain unequalled protection. However, for me, in the grand scheme of things this case cost about 8% of the total investment it's protecting.
