wish i had it 30 years ago
if you play drums and spend a lot of time with a practice pad, this is perfect for you. Durability: it is DW made, this thing is like an old Tonka Truck. under normal use, this thing will outlive your grandkids. Practicality: folds up to be fairly flat and compact. Playability: feel is PERFECT. single stroke and doubles have a perfect rebound. doesn't feel bouncy at all. SOLID. I am using a DW pedal with mine. fit is perfect. it has anchors and Velcro so this thing isn't going anywhere when you play it. I set up my snare practice pad and the DW bass pad as I would my working kit. now when I practice hand rudiments I am able to "thump" along with my foot. at first use it was ackward to actually hear a "thump" and I could hear that my timing was OFF with my foot. it was improving my timing within the first five minutes of use ( I have been drumming for 33 years ). now I will throw on some music and practice playing to songs on the pads. when I went to my kit after practicing with the foot pad, I noticed a difference. I had better control of my foot. with extended use this will help bring my weak right foot up to speed. if you want a better foot, this is the perfect pad.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
