Does the job
So far this is the best product ever! It holds the vacuum 100%. The flagged base allows you to use it without sleeve. It's better to use it with silicon lube, which actually does not affect release valve. If you going to use included sleeve, cut it for your size, match the diameter of sleeve entry with your manhood when it not hard yet. Otherwise, regardless sturdy silicon material, the sleeve will break soon.

this a great air/vacuum pump for a cheap price. after putting on some male cream or KY jelly it will pump as much as you can stand. it is easier to use a reasonable pressure with this pump to prevent tearing or blood specks that will happen with the expensive water pumps.

Very poor quality.
The vacuum pump extracts the air but when the pump is released air enters the cylinder. In order to the keep the vacuum in the cylinder, you will need to pump continuously. Do not recommend this item. Pay a little more and buy a better quality. Bought a battery operated and it maintains the vacuum as long as you need. Very good results with the battery operated pump.
