Waste of money.
It has great nutrient list but the amount of each nutrient is very small so the effect is not as great. Black currant is the main ingredient as far as the eye support nutrients in the formula. There are other products that are better and cheaper. This had no effect on my vision at all. I only tried one bottle though and that lasted roughly a month.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
