As a young man I was aware of Chuck Norris the fighter having known people who had watched him fight and express amazement at his skill. My curiosity about him and what it takes to achieve that skill led me to read this book when I found it in my local library. I found the chapters short and well crafted to teach a particular principle. My previous reading on zen concepts had prepared me for some of the ideas, although his style of writing is less esoteric and more down to earth. You can read this book and immediately know things you can change about your own life to enjoy greater happiness and success. I like self-help books and have many on my book shelf. This book makes an excellent addition to that collection, so I found a copy on ebay and bought it.
