Brilliant when used correctly.
After reading several other comments regarding the fitment of this spindle I was wary and prepared to make modifications to it if necessary. I was pleasantly surprised when this fit directly on to my Clarke 6" bench grinder with out a hitch. The Mops I used mounted effortlessly - I cannot say a bad word about this adapter. Does what is says
Unlike another review, it is threaded but deep down. The none threaded part slides over the shaft to centralise it and it then engages with the thread. Personally I find the taper a bit thick to easily fit my 6" buffing wheels - just a bit of a hassle, otherwise ok.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor quality!
Never again will I buy these adapters! I had to unjust them and add a collet to stop the mop flying off! Worse, the mop stopped spinning! I had to go to a mate who has an engineer lathe to correct flaws.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
